Every horse in our sanctuary eats $25-$28 worth of gran a week! We get our Fiber-X and Fiber-XPedition grain from Poulin Grain company. 

Hay is the most important part of a horses diet. Our sanctuary horses eat about $4 worth of hay a day, that’s a whole hay bale!

Horses teeth never stop growing! People get their horse teeth floated to file down sharp enamel points that form from uneven chewing, preventing painful mouth sores, weight loss, and trouble riding. On average it cost $90 a horse to get their teeth floated.

Just like a horses teeth, Their hooves never stop growing. A horse gets their feet trimmed every 6-8 weeks. On average it costs $30-$45 to get a horses feet trimmed 

Most horses need a supplement to help their bodies thrive. These supplements vary from joint support, stomach ulcer protection, electrolytes, dewormer, salt, vitamin E, breathing treatments, and many more. These supplements cost anywhere from $30-$100 per horse for a monthly supply. 

These horses have lots of body sourness, it comes with old age and miss proper usage of their bodies. We have a list of vets that specialize in different types of body work such as, chiropractor work, red light therapy, and magma wave. These cost anywhere from $65-$100 depending on the type of work.
